Qualifications
- Nationally recognised trainer with Certs III & IV in fitness.
- 5 years as a personal trainer in fitness clubs & gyms with an additional 2 years as an online trainer before to starting Hawkins group fitness.

48-hour response time for any questions or updates to your training program via email.
